Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Organizations by Design Inc. provides leadership learning experiences, coaching, and consulting services through our website, programs, and digital tools.

By accessing our site or using any of our offerings, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

User Eligibility & Account Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age—or the age of majority in your jurisdiction—to participate in our programs or access gated content.

When creating an account, signing up for a program, or submitting information through a form, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your name.

Scope of Services
OBD offers leadership development programs, executive coaching, strategic consulting, workshops, and digital resources. Some services are delivered live via video conferencing; others are available through recorded materials, digital downloads, or scheduled in-person events.

While we do our best to offer transformational experiences, no guarantees of specific outcomes or results are made.

Payment & Refund Policy
Unless otherwise specified, all prices are listed in CAD or USD and are subject to applicable taxes.

Payment is due upon registration or purchase, using accepted methods such as credit card, PayPal, or other secure gateways provided on our site.

Due to the customized and experiential nature of our services, most purchases are non-refundable. Any exceptions (such as for multi-week programs or retreats) will be clearly stated on the checkout page or in your welcome materials. Please read all program details carefully before committing.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this site and within our programs—including text, visuals, videos, downloads, tools, and frameworks—is the intellectual property of Organizations by Design Inc., unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display our materials without prior written permission.

User-submitted testimonials or success stories may be featured (with consent) across our marketing channels. You retain ownership of your own words and stories, and may request removal at any time.

FTC Compliance & Disclosures
We follow Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for transparency. Any testimonials or case studies reflect the real experiences of past clients but are not a guarantee of specific results.

If we include affiliate links or sponsored content (e.g., for books or leadership tools), we will clearly disclose that relationship in the relevant content.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws.

Should a dispute arise, we encourage open dialogue to resolve it informally. If necessary, disputes may be settled through binding arbitration or in the appropriate court located in Alberta Canada.

Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our site or services at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to our community or reputation.

Revisions & Updates to the Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, and we’ll note the “Last Updated” date below.

Severability & Entire Agreement
