Absolutely not. This is a leadership transformation. While we do offer practical time tools, this program goes deeper—addressing mindset shifts, team dynamics, meeting culture, and the strategic use of your time as a leader. What if I miss one of the live sessions?

No problem. Every session is recorded and shared in your private member portal, so you can watch (or rewatch) at your own pace. We also provide reflection prompts and templates to help you catch up and integrate the learning on your own schedule.
